FamilyStories The Three Different Computational Artifacts of FamilyStories Hi there! This is a video-based demonstration for our asynchronous audio storytelling devices called FamilyStories. FamilyStories includes three different computational artifacts that look into three main design factors considered for connecting families over different time zones. The three artifacts are called Timeknot, Spark, and Kinetic. You can learn more about them in this video. FamilyStories Introduction Overview of the Circuit and Inner Design For FamilyStories we designed and created the circuitry and the exterior design through the iterative design process. We tried to keep the design simple and minimalistic so it will stimulate the creativity of our participants in using the system in the desired way.
